Today was our first summer club session at Wallasey Central Library, Earlston Road and with the sun shining it certainly felt like summer!
It was great to see some familiar faces and some new faces coming along to make new friends, have fun and learn Spanish. We had the use of a fabulous room upstairs in the main library and our very own outside area at the side of the library…..check out our flags from around the world that we used to set up outside area!
As well as learning how to say our names, what we like and some colours our theme this week was holidays. We made plane tickets, suitcases with different coloured clothes and ice-creams. We had our own ice-cream shop and went on a plane journey! Everyone had a great time and we’ve got lots of useful words for if we go to Spain….we decided ordering our favourite ice-cream would be the most useful!
